In 2017 two pairs of Peregrines bred in Hertfordshire with two fledged young from each pair. These were the first confirmed instances of Peregrines successfully breeding in the  county.....

We are delighted to announce that two pairs have bred again this year each raising three young all of which have now successfully fledged.

The birds at Watford & near Stevenage were well watched by local observers with the young seen leaving the nests & taking their first flights from the last week of June.
