The Autumn meeting held at Haileybury on Saturday 24 October included presentations to the HNHS 1875 Award winners for 2009.
 June Crew (pictured left) was honored for her outstanding contribution to natural history in Hertfordshire.
The second award was to John Fielding, an outstanding Hertfordshire Naturalist who sadly died in September.
 Photographed (right) John's daughter Pat Saltmarsh accepted the award from HNHS Chairman, Peter Delaloye on her Father's behalf. |
