Do you know an outstanding Hertfordshire naturalist or someone who has made outstanding contribution to natural history in our county? If so, why not nominate them for one of the HNHS's prestigious Awards this year?

The Trevor James Award for an outstanding Hertfordshire naturalist and the 1875 Award for an outstanding contribution to  natural history in Herts will be presented at the Society's Autumn Meeting on 7 October. HNHS / Herts Bird Club members should send their nominations for consideration by the management committee to David Utting by 25 August with a short message explaining why they think the nominee should be honoured.

Visit our HNHS Awards page to read more about the nomination criteria and previous recipients.
